Daily journal August 13, 2000, what is church, the sugar babies and bad food we eat.

Everyday we fill the baby's mouth with sugar via cereal and bread always with wheat flour. Sugar and flour are at the top of the list in my opinion of damaging products with behavior altering tendencies. Raise your baby on sugar and flour for the worst I believe in behavior of developing children. Daily I write a journal and mention food and many will not understand the role until a life threat and often times by a serious or fatal disease in their lives. Everyday their mouths open and take in harmful foods that make them flunkies and a burden on society whereas they could be productive citizens with a well-developed body and mind having a good attitude about life and other people. It is not too much mention if you understand how often we eat what and need to get the message. I would like to see that the average person of medium and better intelligence understands my Journal although many are under the spell of food and caffeine that impairs their judgment. Inside our body is a war going on to combat the bad we take in. Let us cease to damage our body with daily instruction on what to eat and how to find good food to eat and pure water to drink with natural minerals from the springs to drink and bathe.

What is church and do we need it daily in a dose of life altering messages. Do we put our religion to rest for 6 days of the week? What does church do for us other than take our 10 percent and speak encouraging words and maybe provide good social environment family style? Church may mean a building for a public worship in your dictionary or a Christian body of people. Church as in the book of Revelation means a body of Christian people and not any temple or any steepled church. "My church", my people are mine means an understanding of church. Let us come to church and worship the Lord. God is in the air and God is in our hearts via the Holy Spirit, therefore church can be anywhere. Church can be with one person or with thousands. I like to worship God outdoors as I like to eat outdoors and pray outdoors. I like light and I like to see. If God is within us by the Holy Spirit then we can communicate with Him softly and tenderly and silently or as loudly in shouting and praising and jumping for joy. Witness to the world the great gospel truth of the saving power of almighty God threw the shed blood of the one time total sacrifice as the substitute lamb of God in the Son Christ the Lord. The church is alive in the hearts of the Christian people. Let their voices be heard all over the world and let truth be known without exception. Let us be soldiers of the cross and be loyal to our Lord. Do we call upon Him when we need Him? Do we serve Him daily and support his cause? Let us live a life in total obedience to God with daily worship and conduct above reproach. It would be great if the entire world would believe and be saved but many are lost. I am not the judge of a man’s soul for there is a time and place for judgment. Church to me is that exercise of religion of learning and worshiping, the reading of the Bible and praising and placing ourselves before the Lord to receive his message and our daily duties. Churches are not to impress our neighbor with our new clothes or cars or titles are degrees to plot business and improve our employment. Church is for the worship of God and that alone without exception. Let us know and understand the true church. Let us be the true church of the living Lord and letting our light shine before men that they may see our good works as per the Scripture in the Book of Matthew. Let us follow the disciple’s doctrine to serve God accordingly. Let us be holy before God as a servant not needing to be ashamed.
